A Quick Guide To The Breeds Prone To Dog Arthritis

Dog arthritis is a problem in many senior dogs as a result of years of stress being exerted on the joints, as well as any injuries that may have been picked up during walks and playing over those years. This is why every owner should know a little about dog arthritis. Of course, this list is not exhaustive by any means but all of the above tend to have dog arthritis as they advance in years as a result of their natural traits. There are many given reasons as to why each one suffers with dog arthritis but the way they have been bred over the years to change their build or physical attributes plays a part. You can see that many are working dogs as well, which of course will put strain on the joints. It is wise to prepare for it if you do have one of the above breeds just in case so you are able to make a difference to their quality of life.
